Y Careers is a not-for-profit social enterprise helping young people start careers in education and care. I built this brand from scratch. From the first workshop through to a full visual identity, design system, social strategy, video production, and motion graphics.
Instead of assuming what young people wanted, co-design workshops were conducted to guide the brand direction and social media strategy. The brand needed to resonate with three distinct audiences: young people, parents/guardians, and employers. Achieving that level of specificity required listening first.





The Y Australia brand guidelines were reimagined for Y Careers. A fully accessible Figma design system ensures every social post, campaign ad, and digital flyer flows from the same visual language. The brand is cohesive, confident, and ready to engage young people and potential employer partners.
